Official Rules for DryStep™ Challenge:

The following rules and regulations (“Rules”) govern the DryStep™ Challenge (“Challenge”). Compliance with all the Rules is a condition to the offer made below.

1. You must purchase a 10, 20 or 40 ct size Purina Pet Gear Ultra Dry training pad from any authorized retail store location in the United States between July 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
2. You must use the Purina Pet Gear Ultra Dry training pads for at least one (1) week. If you decide that they are not best training pads you have ever used, then you may request that we reimburse you for your purchase of your usual brand (up to $15) by calling our toll-free telephone number at 1-800-521-5856 for information on how to submit your request.
3. You will need to submit the following information in order to receive your reimbursement:
   • An original proof of purchase of the Purina Pet Gear Ultra Dry training pads during the Promotion Period.
   • An original proof of purchase of your usual brand, which must take place more than one (1) week after your purchase of the Purina Pet Gear Ultra Dry training pads.
   • Your name, address and such other information as may be specified when you call the toll-free telephone number.
4. All requests for reimbursement must be received by no later than February 29, 2012. We are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or mutilated requests, which may be disqualified. We will not acknowledge receipt of requests.
5. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your reimbursement check.
6. Limit one (1) reimbursement request per person or per mailing address during the Promotion Period.
7. The maximum amount of reimbursement is $15, even if the purchase of your usual brand exceeds $15. Reimbursement will be made in the form of a check.
8. The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it may be canceled, suspended or modified by the sponsor of the Challenge at any time, and for any reason, with or without notice.
